At Super15, operated by BIRU SUPER TECHNOLOGY (OPC) PVT LMT, we are committed to ensuring a smooth withdrawal process for our users. This Withdrawal Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing fund withdrawals for prizes won through our quiz app.
1. Eligibility for Withdrawals
1.1. Withdrawals are available only to users who have won prizes as per the game rules.
1.2. Users must have a verified account and meet all necessary criteria outlined in our Terms of Service.
1.3. Users must ensure their payment and bank details are accurate and up to date to avoid delays.
2. Withdrawal Process
2.1. Users must initiate a withdrawal request through the Super15 app.
2.2. Withdrawals will be processed only to the user’s verified bank/ UPI account linked to their profile.
2.3. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
3. Processing Time
3.1. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 14 business days.
3.2. While we try our best to process the payments on time, we cannot guarantee its disbursement timings as it also depends on banks, payment gateways and holidays.
3.3. In case of delays due to verification or technical issues, users will be notified via email or in-app notification.
4. Fees & Charges
4.1. Withdrawals may be subject to transaction fees, depending on the payment gateway or financial institution.
4.2. Any applicable fees will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
5. Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal Limits
5.1. Minimum withdrawal amount: INR 1,000/-
5.2. Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction: INR 10,000/-
5.3. Withdrawal is allowed only once per day.
6. Verification Requirements
6.1. For security purposes, withdrawals may require additional verification, including identity verification and proof of winnings.
6.2. Users may be required to submit government-issued identification, PAN card, or other supporting documents.
7. Rejected or Failed Withdrawals
7.1. Withdrawal requests may be rejected if they do not comply with our policies, including:
- Incomplete or incorrect payment or bank details.
- Failure to meet eligibility criteria.
- Violation of Super15’s Terms of Service.
7.2. In case of a failed withdrawal, funds will be returned to the company’s account after due time. The user can retry once the fund is available again.
